Service conditions of lewema GmbH valid for the Federal Republic of Germany from 01/25


  1. Working hours
    Unless otherwise agreed, the duration of normal working hours is governed by the legal and collective wage regulations in the Federal Republic of Germany. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 7.5 hours daily, 37.5 hours per week, including work, travel, or waiting times. Overtime hours are provided at the customer’s request, including on weekends and public holidays, except on weekdays.
  2. Billing rates
    The following hourly rates for work and waiting times will be charged for the services of our staff.

  3. Overtime premiums
    For overtime worked beyond the standard working hours, the following premiums will be added to the hourly rate:
    for the 1st and 2nd overtime hour of the day25%

  4. Meal and overnight costs (per diem rates)
    A per diem will be charged per calendar day per person.

    The above billing rates are exclusive of VAT.
  5. Travel expenses
    Train travel, flights, taxis, and public transport will be billed according to actual expenses. Use of company vehicles:
    Cost of (departure / return)0.90€ per kilometer.
  6. We ask for your assistance during the deployment of our technicians. It must be ensured that our technician can begin installation immediately upon arrival. Waiting time will be charged.
  7. Any complaints must be submitted in writing no later than 8 days after receiving the invoice; otherwise, we cannot accept them. Please notify us immediately (by phone) of any violations or failures by our installation personnel.
  8. The service technician is only authorized to make technical changes to the machine upon your request.
  9. We ask you to verify the proper condition of the machine after the work is completed. By signing, you confirm the proper execution of the installation and the number of working hours required.
